The formula is simple and transparent: you receive 10% of my net commission on the sale, after deduction of a €50 administrative fee.

No.

A private individual may act as a business introducer for an independent real estate advisor.

The essential point is that the referral must be formalised through a written agreement before the property is placed on the market.

The personal condition is simple: you must be legally of age.

Is the Commission Taxable? Do I Need to Declare It?

The tax treatment of referral commissions depends on your personal situation, the amount received and whether the activity remains occasional or becomes regular.

For an occasional referral, the payment may remain within a non-professional framework.

However, if you receive several commissions or significant amounts, you may need to declare them as income.

A payment document is provided for each commission paid.
